DIVISION INFORMATION
The NSRU is comprised of five senior men's teams --four based in Saskatoon and one based in Prince Albert-- which compete in Division 1 and Division 2 15s games against each other as well as teams from the Regina Rugby Union.

The NSRU is comprised of two senior women's teams —both based in Saskatoon — who participate in 7s and 15s leagues.
